CSR has been awarded another Design Build contract for a new Track ,Field & Multi-Sport Facility for Calvary Christian Academy-Calvary Chapel Main Campus in Fort Lauderdale. The new running track includes, all field events, 2 long jump/triple jump pits, high jump, pole vault, discuss and shot put areas. The track will be an IAFF/FHSAA certified polyurethane cushioned surface. The field will be a synthetic turf rubber granular "in-fill" surface. The field will be capable of handling Football, Soccer, Lacrosse as well as many other Church events and functions. When completed, this facility will be one of the best athletic facilities in the entire South Florida area. The facility will be completed for Calvary Christian Academy's 1st foot ball game in early September.

CSR began work at the City of Daytona Municipal Stadium, home stadium to
Bethune-Cookman University and local high school teams.
Work includes: conversion of field from natural turf to a new synthetic
turf surface and new field under drain system. Field to be highlighted on a nationally televised high school football game in the Fall.

VersaCourt synthetic tile surface. Work was done for a former professional athlete at his luxury home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

CSR continues work with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, headquartered
in Lebanon, TN.
Work includes: yearly maintenance contract for all stores from
South Georgia to Miami for drainage and parking lot maintenance.

CSR began work at Parkway Middle School, Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a subcontractor of Balfour Beatty Construction.
This project involves renovation of an existing school including the addition of
a new gymnasium and new classrooms.
Work includes: new track and athletic fields, storm drainage, watermain and sanitary sewer system and new parking facilities.

Delray Beach, Florida. Work is being done for BSA Corporation of Delray Beach.
Work includes: All earthwork, contouring and grading for a new
36 hole miniature golf course. Work also includes new parking lot facilities.

CSR is currently working for JWR Construction Services Inc. at the
Florida Shores Bank project in Pompano Beach, Florida providing turn-key
sitework for new construction of bank facilities.
Work includes: earthwork, paving, drainage and utilities.
All decorative brick paver work is also included.

Comcast's Corporate Office in Boca Raton is near completion. CSR Heavy Construction is performing all sitework on this project for GC Bliss Construction.

CSR Announces The Completion of The Mall at Wellington Green Parcel-F Project  CSR Heavy Construction announces the completion of the Mall at Wellington Green Parcel-F project, consisting of complete turn-key Sitework, Earthwork, Groundwork and Paving.
This 27 acre, high-profile project was completed in November 2008 and will house major retail tenants including Whole Foods Market, Moe's Southwest Grill, and many other retail tenants.
CSR worked with Sikon Corp, the General Contractor, and Schmier & Feurring Properties, the owner. This is the fourth major shopping complex CSR has completed for Schmier Feurring Properties.

CSR is awarded the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Award of Excellence
 CSR was awarded the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Award of Excellence as the Sitework Contractor for the the Deerfield Beach Fire Station (Mitigation Operation Center).
The Award was given to CSR Heavy Construction for a Sitework Project for Public Works of $5,000,000 to $15,000,000. The GC, The Stiles Corporation, was also presented with an ABC Award of Excellence. ############################################################################

CSR's Dan Powell participates in American Legion #162's honoring of our Veterans.
 Dan Powell, Senior Project Field Manager at CSR Heavy Construction, helped celebrate the honoring of our Veterans at the Veterans Day Remembrance Nov.11, 2008 at American Legion #162's event at Deerfield Beach. Dan played Taps in honor of all of our Vets on the Deerfield Beach Pier.
